RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS LONDON & PROVINCIAL, OUR CHARGES:

Full Property Management

Property rental per calendar month, up to £1499, our charge to landlord = £90.00pcm + VAT

Property rental per calendar month, over £1500 up to £2499, our charge to landlord = £120.00pcm + VAT

Property rental per calendar month, over £2500 to £3499, our charge to landlord = £175.00pcm + VAT

Property rental per calendar month, over £3500, our charge to landlord = £210.00pcm + VAT

Set up fee with full management arrangement = 50% of one month's rent + VAT

Set up only with no management arrangement = set up charge of 75% of one month's rent +VAT. (**Set up only fee is a once only charge if there is no alteration to the Agreement at the end of the initial period).

No set up, no fee!

Renewals = £50 + VAT admin charge for unchanged Periodic arrangement, payable by Tenant (**i.e. in the event that an existing Tenancy Agreement rolls over into Periodic status at the end of its term).

Renewals with changes to the agreement will be charged at 2% + VAT.
